Logan Brown

Logan Brown is a Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon in Austin. Logan’s focus is to find out how to create and track quality checkpoints for Big Data and find ways to improve existing big data through structure, reasoning, and quantitative evaluation strategies.

His specialized topics include Entity Resolution, Graph Processing for analytics, and Quality Assurance through quantitiative means. He appreciates functional programming, and his tech stack focus is Scala, Python, SQL, Pandas, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch with experience in various AWS services such as Athena, Redshift, Lambda, RDS, EC2, and Step Functions.

He holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences with an emphasis in Statistics from University of California: Santa Barbara. In his free time he enjoys backpacking, technical reading, and free-diving when the opportunity arises.
